Incoming what?
Inspection of different parts require different proceedures...
E.G Paint and bolts.
The sample/test/inspection plan for them would be decidedly different.

I need Standard operating procedure for incoming inpection

Oh yeah, tell me about it! I once spent two weeks away from my wife working. I really felt I needed a standard operating procedure for incoming inspection after that, let me tell you. Luckily all was well and the neighbours were really kind about all the noise during the first night. So all the best to you.

P.s. Are you sure this the right forum to be looking for advice on this?

Actually incoming inspection is a "waste" for your company as the purchaser. The goods should come in certified to your requirements and compliant. Thats how you ordered them.

Given that you might live where living up to contractual terms may be a novelty-say planet earth- you might want to google "inspection plans" to get an idea of the underlying mathematics behind successful inspection.

As you have given us no other information, my giving you my SOP for receiving inspection for steel bar products here in the US may be just as inappropriate as del the Cat giving you his incoming inspection plan for mice pies over in England.

We have no idea if you are medical, manufacturing, or museum curator...

Google inspection plans.

the little abc with the check mark thingy is a spell checker...
