Hello, please find a proposal of plant maintenance model

The Equipment Maintenance Model incorporates four interrelated processes applicable to each maintenance job. These four processes are:

· Plan Maintenance Job;

· Schedule Maintenance Job;

· Execute Maintenance Job;

· Complete Maintenance Job.

The Plan Maintenance Job process is identifying the job scope; producing a Maintenance Plan to include all activities to be performed and period of occurrence.

The Schedule Maintenance Job process is scheduling in time the required maintenance activities, producing a Maintenance Schedule.

The Execute Maintenance Job process is initiating, preparation and performing the job.

The Complete Maintenance Job process is performing job closeout to include completion of all documentation contained in the work package to ensure historical information is captured.
