wobbling problem in front &rear wheel assembly

I need help,I am working in e-bike mfg industry. we getting wheel assembly from china. what the problem i have is Front and rear wheel assembly are Slight bend. due to this reason i getting wobbling after bike is assembled.i don't no how to correct this problem pls help me to arrest this problem
