Voltage stabilizer

Hello every one , plz could you answer to my question ,that in the bypass of UPS The stabilizer is installed the out put voltage of stabilizer is not normal that show 369 V i couldent finde the probleme plz help me.

in put voltage is 380 V.

first thing, ur input voltage is very low. also, u can change the voltage in bypass system. for this its better to contact with your ups supplier.
