what are the purpose of busduct cubicles?

just to hide poor workman ship of electrician who install bus bars. hehehe

Well, its really big safety requirement considering arc flush hazards.

Please elaborate. Are we discussing here the bus duct connection between the transformer secondary and the incomer of the switchboard.

For connecting the bus duct , first it is clear that fault current from transformer secondary to incoming of the switchboard should be limit/ absorb by bus duct say size of BUS BAR,Space reqd between & total area of bus duct ( Length & Wide)
