Here you will find a pretty exhaustive list for centrifugal pumps:

Note the links at the bottom for low head / motor problems as well.

Is your application/problem with a centrifugal pump?

More information would be nice -

What type of pump?

Design conditions?

Fluid?

Is this a brand new pump/design/installation?

Was this pump recently overhauled?

Was any work recently performed on adjacent piping/tanks?

Is this pump a standby pump that is now just trying to run?

Did you notice a gradual decrease in performance? Or did it happen all of a sudden?

Any background information would be extremely beneficial.

what are the reasons when the pump is not giving desired flow - under sized.

not taking load - no water reaching

& when the pump is tripping within 2min.even wen the motor is ok - under capacity overloads.
