Whichever interests you the most...yes, it's really that simple.
If none of them excite you, you are studying the wrong subject entirely.

There might not be growing demand for communications, but there should be steady demand in that area due to cell phones, wireless computer networks, satellites, etc. becoming a regular part of society.

Communications might have the most scope, because comm systems need power, and remote control systems use communications.

Listen to "Del The Cat"

Or Joseph Campbell who said "Follow your bliss!"

You will have more initiative, be more creative, be more satisfied spiritually and likely more prosperous doing something you love.

Choices like this are best made intuitively, from that space within where your passions lay, not intellectually and certainly NOT by asking others.

It matters little which markets or fields of discipline are likely to prosper. If they do, and your not happy, it won't matter how well they reward you.

Besides, in today's world your are more likely to be successful as a generalist than as a specialist.
