Compressed air audit

I would like to do audit for compressed air system in my company . so that I can make some improvement in energy saving.

so please guide me how to do audit and also suggest me some energy improvement projects in compressed air system.

hey pal,

i've been through that situation.here's what i did.first, buy or rent an ultra-sound leak detector and go around your plant and spot all those leaks.while doing this,record the "loaded" run hrs of your compressor.As your personnel correct those leakages you spot,you will notice a decrease on your compressors' 'loaded' run time.
