why power distribution system in 220 kv /132 kv / 66 kv /11 kv / 440 v / 220 v standrad value

Please use the "Search Box" at right side of your screen, and enter your Search Terms: standard Voltages

The Voltages you list are not Standard worldwide, as many other Countries "standard Voltages do differ.

For instance New Zealand Standard Voltages are AC 220kV/110kV/66kV/33kV/11kV/1.1kV/400V/230V
