No one got to Kasoa.

The bus stop was for the city transit bus. Buses don't run to Kasoa, but trains do. The man going to Kasoa was on his way to the train depot. The other man was on his way to the airport because he was from another country that allows polygamy, and he was on his way home. When the man who was going to Kasoa got to the depot, he found out the train to Kasoa had derailed before it arrived at his city. Because the city transit buses don't run at night, he had to take a taxi home.

Now my question is, is this a serious puzzle or an exercise to see how creative we can get in our answers?

None. The Kasoan Bus Line had invested their yearly operating funds in an American bank. The bank failed that morning, the US government said that bus companies that make bad investments should go out of business. All the bus drivers promptly opened Amway franchises. And so it goes...

Total number of people do not fit into a bus, train or airplane. We do not know where these people are going except for the man. The man maybe is already in Kasoa since the first sentence is a past tense but then he could have had an accident and never got to Kasoa.
