excitating atoms by laser

hi-is it possible to excitate by a laser beam, few atoms, so that the electrons will be free, and able to be attracted to an anode conected to a positive magnetic pole?

Yes, it is certainly possible to use a laser to "boil off" electrons that will then be accelerated toward an anode. And, it doesn't really matter what that anode is attached to.

But, it sounds like you're asking more. Is there some special point in your question? And, where did you find a positive magnetic pole? You may be using the wrong words; can you explain that a little more?
