Le Blanc 'Transformer Connection

Hi

Please , Who can introduce me a rich source for Le Blanc transformer connection? This is a connection for converting 3 phase system to 2 phase (similar to Scott Connection) but with symmetrical primary current (dissimilar to Scott Connection).
