Cable size for carring DC current of 65 Amp

Please help - I wanted to carry 65 amp DC current from Power room (SMPS of 300amp connected to 600AH battery bank) . i wanted to carry the current upto equipment room which is 80 mtr away form power room and the temp. is 32deg. Battery bank operating voltage is 53V DC.

You don't mention the allowable voltage drop at the load, so the question can't be answered explicitly.

For a 10% voltage drop, the copper conductor size should be about 2.5 mm or 0.1"

For a 5% voltage drop, the copper conductor size should be about 4 mm or 0.16"

and so on and so forth . . .
