Sounds to me like you are talking about the difference between two wire conductor cable which carries phase and neutral currents (black and white insulation in the USA), and three wire conductor cables which carry the same black and white wires plus the green safety ground wire. This last is a non-current carrying conductor, except during electrical faults. The color standard might be different in India. In the EU, they use brown, blue and green with a yellow stripe, at least in power cords.
It is more appropriate and advisable that you join CR4 as a member before putting up a thread iinstead of remaining an unknown Guest.More over you should use appropriate language in putting up a thread avoid use of language like "let me know" .
