Lux level calculation

How will i calculate the lux level of a lamp? What all are the equations included?

Just use a light meter. The calculations aren't nearly as accurate.

You can download a free handbook on the subject matter at the following website: http://www.intl-lighttech.com/services/light-measurement-handbook.

Note that even with the equations, you'll still need a light intensity meter to get the baseline reading first before you can perform the calculations.
