Frankenstein Borg+Warner T-5?

10/21/2008 5:44 AM

Hello Gentlefolk, I have a WC T-5 that i purchased new from Ford Racing. The box takes too much driveshaft length, & i wish to use the torque tube ball of early ford. Is it possible to transplant the 4WD output shaft, OD cover, & shifter to build a 'WC shorty'? Many thanks! Don L.

Try contacting these people. They are supposed to be proficient in the T5. If you need more contacts, let me know I have a few more contacts at home. Good luck.
