Design for Viscouse Recycled Liquid

Need help! my boss ask me to make plan on how to recycle the used GEP or the gloss efflourescent protection which is used to coat in our manufactured product it is like varnish substance wich is viscouse.

my question is what kind of filter do I will use and kind of pump, and what accessories do I will add to the design so to prevent the substance from quickly evaporate and will be sticky enough resulting to blockaged in the pump or in the tube, please I need help...

OK. What are the materials involved, their temperatures and pressures?

What is the flowrate through the filter?

What is the intended pipe size?

What is the particle size distribution and the level of suspended solids in the stream?
