	Keep your powder dry. Seriously, the gradual penetration of water into cables is a problem and most efforts are directed at testing cables for the presence of trees with a view towards repaving them prior to failure. This penetration causes the formation of discharge trees (which fan out like mini tree roots and they gradually penetrate the insulation, at which point a catastrophic failure occurs). __________________ Per Ardua Ad Astra
