Howmto play AMR formated audio files in Midea player

Dear Friends

My mobile phone records the sounds in Amr formate. if i dowload these files in my PC and want to play these files with Windows Midea player, system does not permit. Can any body give me any idea how to play these files in PC?

I have very importent lectures in mobile which i want to save in PC and listen whenever i needed.

why not use a fomat convet to impliment it iwht software?

Hi,

Either u must setup AMR program

or u must use the (AMR to another sounnd type) by using a converter

go to brothersoft website

Dear Friends

I have installed SPOT EDE Player Version 4.2.14.1 in my PC but it failed to play an AMR formated file. Please direct me to another software. I shall be very thankful to you as i want to play AMR formated files in my PC. WIndows Media Player can not play.

download the AMR player 1.1 (it's a freeware)

http://www.supershareware.com/info/amr-player.html

then convert your AMR into WAV or MP3 first

I have the same problem too... But i'm using windows vista? What can I use for my Vista platform to play my .amr file? Thanks =)
