Power Tube Swaging Equipment

I would appreciate some referral to someone who manufactures powered, semi-portable tube swaging equipment. I have a need to swage about 35,000 tubes over a month period until we get our production equipment online. I have no trouble finding equipment similar to my mass production equipment, or equipment more suited to a repair shop enviroment. I need something "in-between".

What are the sizes of the tubes ?

In case it is small enough, you always have swagelok for the purpose.

For larger machines I have seen a beautiful one-Tubomat from tractotechnic Germany this is a beauty- it has a hydraulic tube bender, deburring tool, cutting saw and swage with upto 1.5" dia (48.3mm) pipes. It had sensors so that the sawging pressure was automatically adjusted based on the pipe size.

Swagelok rents bending and swaging equipment. Call your local supplier and they will have all the pertinent information.
