i am guessing as to what the hell a B.E Engineer wants to join the CBI? Why did he waste over 4 years in studying engineering when he was more interested in CBI?

Certified Business Broker

Go to IBBA (International Business Broker Association) depending on what state you are in you may or may not need a license to become a broker. Now to become certified you may need time and money to pay and pass the courses.
