Pre-Insulated Chilled Water Pipe Below the Water Table

i am designing a district cooling plant and in that the the chilled water is carried by preinsulated pipe, could anyone help in designing the valve chamber, please attach drawing so that it is clearly understood.

Ask the vendor of the pre-insulated pipe if they have details.

Otherwise, send me an email and we can negotiate a rate for my design services.

hello i am asked to do feasibility study for distict cooling plant can u give me steps to doing that? also i want to ask how can i determine the number of chillers and how is the cooling load factor affecting in my determination Thanks
