Neutral - earth

Neutral with you earthed. When i measuring three phase voltge my multimeter. Phase voltage 480 . Same time i check with tester no indication in B phase.

Indicate what is the connection of your transformer, I guess Secondary side is Delta B Pahse Grounded. Please Advise

I understand the winding is star connected, with your certification, it is confirmed that the neutral is grounded well.

If in such confusions, some times it is best to check with lamp holder tester - with 2 220v lamps in series. & 2 wires connecting to phases ( or Volt meter )... R-Y , Y- B , B- R . You should take all three readings / checks.

If there is single phase, you shall make out immediately.

With line tester, which works on the priciple of discharge current in neon lamp, thru our body, if our hand / body is not proper earthed, some times mis leads.
