First let the builders understand how the building functions because these builders understand only money/Sq Foot earned out of the so called buildings they Build,Who discusses every thing that goes into the building like Power,HVAC,Water demand,by thumb rules like Kva/Sqfoot,Tr of AC/Sq foot etc.Does it make any sence to the Famous Architectects ,Services Consultants who specifie every component that goes into their design in terms of Per SqFoot and cost the project in Rs/Sq foot and look at the buildings these builders,Archeticts and service consultents have built and the money they have Pocketed and Edecutated fools including illiterate qualified engineers who baught these buildings running here and there to make their buildings functional,Echenomocal to operate and safe to live in those grand buildings ,I pity the green buildings concept it has died its deth even before its birth in india Long live indian Builders&Developers

You are exactly right. It is pity on part of the knowledge gained by our Pre-judiced society who buy products and services on envy and not through the technical specifications.

Well.. not really a promoter, otherwise my attempt to promote a semi submersible all terain vehicle would have gained me sucess by now, I would also be the perfect speller and my comprehension would be better than14% I'm just supposing that adult's can over look these communicatiuon flaws in my efforts to promote a successful and uplifting design alternative.

I have however got a transportation electrification and communication system based on the change over from fossil fuel vehicles to intergrated maglev urban transportation design and off rail transport into one vehicle that with the ease of a lane change that can be used for either (road or maglev rail) conveyence using a system that accumulates the electricity from Solar panels and other forms of energy collections such as hydro and wind turbine.

This in turn is stored with the use of nanoTubed condencer batteries (still in the development and assesment stage in the world's labratories) linked to the those Solar cells and others.

The communication, from findings todate are in my documentation, refered to as Ruggadised DSDN cable switching units. these will combine the linkages of eletrical transference, communication transference and computerized motovational implimentation for automated travel units that the change over system is based on.

Having said that. The system continues (possibily at some later date or in the same time frame) to construct within the vehicle's implimented for this purpose, will also be able to travel across waterways (as yet of a smaller distance 50km for example) and thus be capable of being used for total emergency evacuation where and when needed in the first instance. Collection of these units of conveyence would be by self propulsion with a turbine included in every drive train (fully enclosed within the wheel arch of the unit they are attached to).

Even the standard vehicles of today can be re-vamped to become electrically powered although weight factors for conversions on standard vehicles would still take it's toll on viability, in the area of erodynamics and handelability.

These conversions would not be suitable for maglev inter city travel, at the ease of a lane change, as weight plays an important part in the maglev construction to make it viable for low energy (DC) transportation.

Eventually after roading construction is complete sufficently to be able to traverse from electrical sections of road way where rechaging is possible by driving over the same, the complete system will allow for rentable self reliant transports that can be call on when required, leaving the clients to get on with the joys of life and labour, and become a service that unintrusively extends a helping hand, or should I say wheel, to convey our products and ourselfs in relitave ease and comfort. And on completion of thier individual tasks (the transporation unit) will,-

instead of rusting in some unforgotten parking dimension,

- continue to it's next client. leaving free those placed designated for parking to become stations for the eventual maglev urban transportation network.

I would suggest all of you check into Hines Interests Limited Partnership (HILP found at Hines.com) they are currently opening a real estate development office in India and are the current leaders in the United States for Green Buildings, haveing earned the first pre-certified green building design and many existing building LEED certifications. Green design is not only accepted but pushed through out the company and is a high priority of many of the companies executives.
