We have320 KVA DG set for backup supply to our spot welding and mig welding process.total connected load of weld shop is 260 KVA. But all machine are not running on DG Set.Please any body help/provided in put to run the machine on Dg set.
Sorry, I don't fully understand your problem by the description you
provide. You should understand, however, that spot welder KVA is a
thermal rating and does not reflect the peak demand of the equipment.
This may be part of your problem.
The nearest understanding I can get on your message if I'm not wrong, in short you want to know if all the load can be handle by your DG?
Your DG capacity is 320kVA while your total load in the welding shop is 260 kVA it should be feasible since your total load is still in the range of 80% on the DG load capacity as safety consideration on your DG unit.
I would strongly suggest if you can call the proper Electrical Engineer or a qualifiied electrician in your place and work it out for you as you can't spefically give us complete detail to help you.
