The extensive electronic search engines I have access to do not show that number as a valid component, are you sure about the number?

what does V4148 Zener mean?

The number 4148 is a common 1 Amp Diode, often used for logic.

Plastic and Glass packages are common.

Not sure if the "1N" prefex, was used by all manufacturers.

V4148 ? V4148 Zener ?
