you may find some information on typical oxygen production packages if you search the NASA homepage or if you search for "oxygen generator packages". You should also be able to retrieve some useful information if you search internet sites related to aircraft related topics, mainly military aircraft.

However, the usefulness of the results will strongly depend on your application, as one of the other forum participants has already mentioned.
