The best solution is to buy one. Look in a catalogue for what is offered with your data I am sue you will find a good solution. To build one with a good efficiency and with low noise level it is a complex exercise which will cost more than the one you can buy.

Use google or an other engine for fan manufacturers

In principle axial flow compressors are more efficient than centrifugal (modern turbo aero-engines are all axial flow, I believe I'm right in saying) but your application is way too small for axial to be applicable. It's an application for a single-stage high-speed or multi-stage low-speed job. It could be on the small side even for them, perhaps Roots blower is more suitable.

For e.g. sewage aeration, I've never seen axial flow, even on big plants with centrifugals ~ 1000kW each. Maybe axials are used in chemical plants, I woulfdn't know.

BTW I agree with Nick it's a lot easier to buy one than try to make one, any type! Adam Smith would turn in his grave!

Cheers..........Codey

Although, Nick name has suggested that you buy one, I would be surprised if an engineer would have actually given you his design for free. Then, of course, I could wrong.
