slot cutting on pipe

Dear Sir,

Can anyone suggest me for the machine to cut slots on pipe,

Pipe Size: OD 170,thk 8mm and Length 150

Slot Size: width 2mm - through, length 45mm

Qty of slots: 100 nos on pipe periphery equally spaced.
