Dear all,

T3, T4, T5 can be Temperature code for explosion protected apparatus for hazardous area. Refer to NEC Article 500, 505 or IEC 60079-14.

In tubular type lamps, especially but not always fluorescent, T means tubular and the number is eights of an inch. Length may or may not be part of the specification. For instance, an F40T12 is a (4 foot) 40 Watt fluorescent lamp that is 12/8 inches (1.5 inch) in diameter. But an F48T12 is a four foot (48 inches) fluorescent lamp that is 12/8 inches in diameter. Incidentally, it also has a different base (connection) and operates at 39+ Watts. Basically the same product but not interchangeable.
