Sorry sebananda, but if you need help here you really must provide more information for people to begin to help you with.

If you have an existing system what is the communication protocol? What PLC do you have? Are you asking about how to hook up the wires or program the PLC?

If you need help then there are many very knowledgeable persons on this forum that will gladly try to assist you. But you must start by clearly defining your needs, what you have done, and exactly what you need to do or are having difficulty with.

Thanks for your suggestion.Detail application :

I want to measure the vibration of my client`s component using my stand alone DAQ and go for analysis.Till here it is possible. Now my client wants to collect the data from the DAQ to their PLC so that thier PLC (attached on a Test Rig)can control the Process. For e.g. If the vibration level is more than 5g the PLC will switch of the test rig or give some alarm or the coponent will be rejected at the end of assembly.

Some my steps for connection will as follows :

SENSORS(Vibration data will pick up from the test component)------>DAQ----->PLC(control or report O.K. or rejected the component)

Can anyone guide me ?

What brand and model of equipment are you using?

What ports are avaialble of each piece?

What protocals are to be used?

Every manufacturer can have different ports and protocols.

When asking this kind of question, supply as many details as possible to help someone trying to help you.

Our DAQ is of ISAAC Instruments ,my client wanted to get the data through their RS232 ports. We can provide RS232 output.their PLC can get the Data in Digital format or 2-4mA.
