Can 60Hz designed electric kiln use on 50Hz power supply?

I should add however, there is ususally some sort of control equipment used in operating your kiln. That control equipment must be rated for 50Hz operation, and many components typically used are not. You must investigate the entire system, not just the elements. Assuming you have, and the only remaining issue was the elements themselves, then there is no problem.

yea there is relay, transfomer and electronic program controller. so these component also rated for 50 hz operation?

Sure, you should be fine--As long as there aren't any fan motors rated for 60Hz. Grainger replacement heating elements I have used are rated for both 50/60Hz. Voltage would be an issue, though.
