4 bit alu design

how do I use winplace to programme a peel device so that the peel device performs the following functions.

ADD F=A PLUS B

SUBTRACT F=A MINUS B

INCREMENT F=A +1

DECREMENT F=A -1

TRANSFER F=A

AND F=A.B

OR F=A+B

EXCLUSIVE OR F=A EXOR B

NOT F=!A
