Please can any of us tell me more of a corroded Valve with just this detail HD0254, SC-480 only.

I 'm currently handling a project that require inspection, testing and replacing defective equipment. The only information that Corrosion left on this very valve is HD0254, SC-480 and 5K 200A only. Please help to enable me conclude this project.
