I am trying to develop a PM-BLDC motors used in HDD.
Can any one give me process flow diagram to make a PMBLDC, which is used in HDD.

this is quite a tough job.
Japanese owned PMDM is one of the manufacturers of these motors for HDDs.
They have a development unit of 100+ employees in Germany that are developing and doing sample production of bearings and motors.
So if you want to enter this field - ask for a license.
If you want only a few of these motors get old HDDs.
If you want to do something else it may be advisable to rethink the principles.
