What is really needed for this particular topic is a hype filter, to get through all the garbage to find useful, valuable information. CR4 is a pretty good place to find filtered information...

One way to heat water and produce electric power is to put the Solar Panels in water. The suns rays with heat the water and create power at the same time. Also the solar panel puts out more electric power when it is cooled.
