Chain Conveyor

Why chain Conveyor Flights is to be bend during runinig ? I am facing lot of problem bending of flights.If any one have an idea please mail me hospet123@gmail.com

One chain longer than other, Improperly tensioned, bed not level

Uneven loading may also cause this.

Check the alignment of the Drive sprocket, and the Flight thickness can be increased by 1.5 or Doubled

Two chains..." motor " side sprockets should be locked to the drive shaft...the opposite side should not be locked to the shaft and should be allowed to " freewheel "....basically...out of 4 sprockets , only the drive sprockets should be locked to the shaft..the other 2 will find their own center if allowed to...this compensates for minor differences in chain legnth , etc

Assuming that drive sprockets are keyed in the same location..
