In ECG from the graphs available how can we get the data relatin to the health of a person...?...can we use analog to digital convertr here....

Your question is not clear. Are you asking about providing a data stream to a distant physician? Or are you looking for an expert system to interpret the ECG?

It is a specialists' job. Any how the curve traced is called RS wave-form; R, S & more points are marked & compared against a standard wave-form by Radiologist.
