Siemens Relay - Transient Dimensioning Factor

As we all know that CT transient overdimensioning factor is given as (1+X/R) , for 120 MVA relay value is about 21(20+1) but siemens have given transient overdimensioning (kt) as 4 for transformer differential protection, Pls somebody explain this in details.

Yes, siemens is giving value 4/5, there is different equation for other relay makes, as a basic equation Vknee=2 Ifs (Rct + 2 Rloop), what is basis of this equation to any standard?,
