How to Identify RF ICs

I have one RF driver schematic with many RF ICs to amplifier signal (the max power output is 0dbm). these IC have 4 pins(pin 2,4 are GND; 1 is RF input, 3 is RF output) with only "4." top mark , another has "5." ; "E5" top mark on the surface, the diameter of the IC about 2,4mm . So how can I find the datasheet of these IC ? I try type "RF IC with 4. mark " on Google but couldn't found anything.

You'd possibly find that the part number is either lightly laser etched into the case top, or you have to remove it from the PCB as its under the device against the PCB?

Check out monolythic amplifiers by minicircuits.com

They do have a wide array of 4 pins RF amplifiers

Actually, if the capital E is finely underlined, it could be an ERA5 by Minicircuits as the ones I have on hand are so marked. Did not checked if it complies with your specs but that should be real easy... It would be nice to learn about your current status on this matter !
