I suggest simply doing a Google search, for example - "online english training"

Here is one site that came up for me that looks pretty good with online tests, etc .......

Read as many English language papers and books as possible. Take note of grammar and sentence structure. Keep a dictionary handy at all times so that you can refer to it anytime you don't understand a word. Speak English all the time, and be mindful not to slip into your native colloqualisms.

Radio. The BBC World Service broadcasts in English to many countries across the world. Look for it on a radio receiver. Listening to English is as valuable as reading English.

Here's a catch 22, if you don't know English, how do we know you understand what we are saying?

childrens books, Sesame Street etc. The same the things used to teach children can teach adults. Humbling isn't.

(I typed this very slowly and loudly, hoping it would help) ;)
