I think you need to be more specific as where the equalizing line is coming from.

It could be used for start-up ops.

Plz note that its not orginating from any source, that line itself is defined as equalization line

It should be to equalize any of the required process parameters like pressure. level in the Horizontal tanks SG-V-206 & SG-V-207. You can attempt to co-relate with the equalisation valve in a 3-way or a 5-way manifold.

There should be a document related to the <...PFD...> called a Process Description, or something similar. It should be in there.

Otherwise, how would anyone know what to do to either operate the existing process or modify it so that it can take on a (partially) new role (rhetorical question - NNTR)?
