Sandeep, First a little suggestion about words.
You titled your post as: "piping doubts". This is not correct english. You have piping questions not doubts. Doubts is when you don't believe what I tell you or you doubt your own ability to do sometning.

Now to your questions.

1. What is two phase flow and types?
An example of two phase flow would be a fluid and a gas (or vapor) in a pipe at the same time. Example: Steam and condensate or liquid hydrocarbon and vapor hydrocarbon, etc.

2. What is long distance and cross-country pipelines?
As long as it needs to be to get from one point to another. There is no minimum or maximum length.

3. What is phase of material take off / BOO for piping?
Different companies use different timing and terms. Basicly there might be three material-offs. There mightr be a preliminary MTO, an intermediate MTO and a final MTO. I dont know what a "BOO" is. We (and most people around the world use the term "Bill-of-Material" (BOM). A BOM is a list of materia for the specific drawing.

4. What is CCOE approval drawings?
I do not know this term, sorry.

5. What is HAZOP methodology?
A Hazop review looks at everything in the plant or project that could go wrong, how could it go wrong, how to prevent it from going wrong and have all the safe guards been built into the project.

6. To learn more about piping is there need to have the knowledge of SCADA?
I think SCADA is only associated with instrumentation and controls of cross-country pipelines. As such, I do not think it is mandatory for a piper to know all about SCADA but it might be wise to know some of the basics.

fluid is a substance which can not permanantly distorted. this is exact defination of fluid. two phase flow means nothing but liquid and gas(vapour) flowing simaltenously through pipe.

CCOE : chief control of explosive(this is indian Govt body) which deals with the petrochemical/petroleum plant layout drawings, in india this is mandodary to summit equipment layout study before finalalised for above mention plants only.(if your site is in india) CCOE office is in nagpur maharashtra.

If you know ASME 31.4 which deals with the cross-country pipelines the name itself suggest that one country to another conurty pipe lines. (in Hazhira site gujarat you can find this long length pipeline)

HAZOP study related to plant safety.before commisioning the plant this is require.

SCADA this is not related to piping (instrument only).what you want related to piping?

What is hook-up Diagram?

HOOK _UP DIAGRAM :-

Hook-up diagram means the at both receiving and dispatch terminals of the cross country pipeline , the metering and filtering as well as pigging facilities are provided for the purpose of metering the flow, filteration for clean product should go inside the pressure boosting pump/ compressor and pig launcher / receiver for the cleaning of pipeline. The complete P&ID of this facity is called the hook up diagram.
