Your welding supplier will have all the combinations you need.

What type of cast aluminum? Argon is fine but your filler will change for High silicon etc.

What type of bronze? There are many and they have different properties.

What type of stainless? And what is the base metal? What is the shield gas? What is the use? Some welds will not be as strong as the base metal but very inexpensive to do. Others will be many times stronger than the base metal but the cost is high.

Some issues are Intermetallics other issues are porosity. The variables are huge. Sometime you need a post heat treatment, other times a preheat, many take both.

TIG (GTAW) will weld all that can be welded but takes more skill than MIG.

This is kind of like asking how to prepare a fish to eat. Many fish, Many ways to prepare fish, but only a few ways most fish tastes best. Some fish are not fit to eat no mater how they are prepared.
