We operate cylinder which used for governing controll according Load ,that reason we set 4mA for 1.5Kg/Cm2 oil pressure at valve closed position at that time load would be 0MW but again set turbine Max (Full) load at 20mA Current O/P for Devloping 4.5Kg/Cm2 by I/H Converter.

When set above we also remember to set 0mw to full load at 4mA to 20mA in linear.according this setting Governing valve also open to insert extra steam for run at desired load.
