No offense, but I think you are in the wrong line of work.

By any standard, that's a lot of concrete and it would be foolish to enter into such a project without any knowledge of the processes involved or the scope of the job.

Unless you are mixing the concrete by hand, I assume that someone will be supplying you with this mountain of cement and sand and maybe they would have an idea about how to cast 13000 m3 of concrete.

While I'm ranting, the amount of information provided by you, and too many others, in posting these questions makes it impossible to give even a remotely intelligent response to the question.

What are you thinking?

why you think these impossible to occur!!! 13000 m3 actually is volume concrete can supply for casting mega water tank or mega sewerage treatment plant!!! Difference company will use difference method to cast that structure!! the method will depend by the company who will construct it !!!

Did you consider using precast as an alternative!

think about researching how the Hoover Dam was built---that is one way. site processing all materials, mixing on site, pouring on-site.--precast, as mentioned before, is another alternative, but requires large equiptment to deliver and stand up , and connect the panels -then you have pour-in-place- and stand up structures (think and research "Tilt-ups"--think Home Depot , Lowes, Large Warehouse structures)---do your homework, consult local concrete and structural engineers, and you will not need to even consult this forum to find your method---C-MAC

This is a herculean task . First and foremost , what sort of structure it is? Is it a Raft foundation ?

This is what I would do :-

i) Get a layout plan and identify access for concrete trucks and prepare traffic management plan

ii) Identify the type and capacity of plant to be used - ie elephant pump. I think the elephant pump can discharge about 40 to 50 cu.m/hour .

iii) identify the number of concrete supplying plant and its cycle time. You may need 10 plants with capacity of 40 cu.m/hour , i.e 400 cu.m /hour . It will take about 32.5 hours continuous supply to complete

iv) Number of trucks /plant ; depends on cycle time

v) Plan your manpower - For every discharge points - you may need 10 to 12 workers/shift of 8 hours

vi) Provide adequate vibrators - 4 units /gang

vii) Discuss the plan with your supervising team

This last point is valid and is how this project should be approached. You do not want to get started and then find you do not have the means to finish.
