How we can put a plant for tungsten carbide centering plant. To put a plant who are technical consultant.

1. It is Sintering and not centering

I presume you are based in India.There is a lot of money riding on this technology, hence an element of mystery and secrecy is to be expected.Your best bet would be to tap ex employees from this industry or takeover some ailing homespun industry. Rapicut in Ankleshwar, Drillco in Ahmednagar, Electronica in Sinnar, Nasik and a couple of more players in the SME sector have forayed into this area with indigenous technology.

You could also tap IITs for technology tie up.IIT Mumbai comes first to mind!

If you are in India then you will be better of looking a sick or close plant and ex employee.

Anna University and IIT Bombay is good place to get technology.

For small quantity you can do this old faishon qay that is using ceramic cooking pot and filling with titanium oxide or metallic titanium metal with wood charcoal and then firing with magnesium metal.
