How can earthing be acheived in a ship?

Welcome Kirchoff ,

You will do well to become familiar with the difference between 'earthing' and 'bonding', since the latter will serve your question better.

Earthing is known in many places as 'grounding'.

Here is a very informative link to read after you look up the difference between 'ground' and 'bond.

IS EASY THE WATER IS YOUR GROUND SO IF THE HULL IS MADE OF STEEL YOU GET It, IF NOT YOU NEED TO MAKE IT BY EARTH PLATE AT THE BOTTOM OF THE HULL touching THE SEA WATER.
