I have a silk screen shop and make some prints on shirts. One of the shirts was washed and the paint got off pretty easily. It was previously dryed with a hot air gun but unsure if I over/under did it. It was a double print (white) in a navy blue shirt, I dryed up the first layer pretty rapidly and gave the 2nd layer a good dry.
Does anyone know :
1.- average time to allow drying off with hot air gun on cotton shirts or polyester to avoid washing the print off.
2.- Problems if you over heat the print and how do you know?
3.- Problems if you under heat the print
