Relay Setting MSB

Dear sir,

Every new Main switchboard board (MSB) before energizing will needed to have a relay setting. My question are;

1) On what basis and how to verify the OC/EF percentage and the timing for those devices to meet the MD required. (ex;800 KW and above)

2) Can u show me an example how the calculation is.
